here's me and the girl old school back when we lived in the valley.  i got the trucker hat from Erich at a nice Dave and Brusters - Busters?  Broosters?  anyways.  i love gato.  what an awesome buddy.

Gojira - the monster chicken cat

So....we were down a kitty in our home and after some love and healing we decided to add another four legger back into the mix.  late last year we went over to the SPCA and picked out this awesome cat to join our home.  you know us...we don't go for the kitten we go for character.  Behold Gojira.  the great monster kitty.  he's a tough dude but as long as you respect him he's all love.  don't respect him and he lives up to his name and size.  the only time he doesn't live up to his name is when it gets all stormy.  the big guy hears thunder and bee-lines it to go hide under something.

so we've been needing some additional storage room for a while.  the amazing gato and her posse of one headed out for a day of thrifting and came back with a gem.

A good day to start a new trend

So - i quit the facebook more or less....just going to use it to keep in on some long last pals....and i thought i'd get this blog thing going again.  so let me start by posting a couple photos below - i'll do my best to keep y'all updated on what's going on in our lives....life is good when you've got Gato and the Cloudy Sky.

sometimes i have to think.

i'm getting ready to move. that's heavy. 10:14 in the pm. mi gato. aka Cat is in Charlottesville as we speak. wow. the spell check doesn't even recognize c-ville...as the locals call it. there's an adventure brewing. that'll be a post a little later. dangle the carrot.

so - where do we start tonight? how about at the very beginning.
This is how i met cat. Stars. Stars stars in the nights sky lined up with some celestial force and...............like a lightning bolt out of the sky randomness collided. I met Cat. out of all the things that could have happened that day....so we have fun...lots and lots of fun....we like being goofy and just enjoying the path...

We've got a couple furry friends at home....this photo is moco (spanish for booger) and mogwai alien baby.  the alien is the pug and the boogey is the cat. they're both pretty lovable....they too are pretty goofy....we've got another cat polly....he's not as goofy....

So....we went to Sheboygan Falls.  We didn't really set out to go there.  Sometimes we just get in the car, point it down the road and end up where we end up. 

i can't believe the language of signs these days....and i can't believe that if you're that close to the dam that you don't realize it's there.  is the sign really needed?  how about 300 yards up the river? 

  What a lovely smile you have sir!  and yes, my atomic records shirt is awesome. I wonder if i can buy another one anywhere?  best buy is way better than shopping at a local neighborhood cd shop and i love that i can drive miles to save money on a cd when i spent it in time and gas to get there....sorry, i digress...i didn't live next to atomic records actually...in all honesty it's probably equidistant between atomic records and best buy.  but i think we get the point.  shop local!  (if you can)
